Each inventory item, whether Simple, Merged or Bundled can have it's own unique Reorder point.

A Reorder point is a manually set limit, that when reached will colour your Available stock column numbers in Red and will send an email notification to you if you choose to enable that feature. You can also set global Reorder point so you wouldn't need to do it for all individual items, we will cover that at the end of this guide.

Setting the Reorder point in the main inventory table:

To set individual Reorder point levels, just go into your Inventory.

And then pay attention to the Warehouse and Reorder Point columns. You can already see some stock marked off in red.

To change the Reorder point value, simply click any of the numbers inside the Reorder point column, type in a new number and either press Enter, or click anywhere else to save. To cancel, press Escape.

After you are done editing, the value is applied instantly and we can see the the second product in line is no longer marked in red.

Setting the Reorder point from inside the product:

The Reorder point can also be set from inside each individual product. Simply click on your product of choice (we chose Blue Pencil in this case).

They attention to the Items Details area. In the second row you will find the Reorder point field.

Again, just press on the number, enter new information and you're done.

Reorder / Low Stock notification Settings:

To enable email notifications go into your Settings -> Company, then scroll down to “Reorder Point”.

In here you will find the Global Reorder point settings which we will cover in a moment, but bellow that you will see "Send email notifications:", press on the empty checkbox square to enable the notifications.

From this point onwards, if any of your inventory items available stock level goes bellow the Reorder point you set, you will get an email notification with the items details, like so:

Global Reorder Settings:

Instead of setting an individual stock number for each inventory item, you can set one Global Reorder point that will apply to all inventory items that do not have their own custom Reorder point set.

While in the Reorder point menu press Edit and a new pop-up window will appear.

In here you will be able to change the global Reorder point to any value that you like.

Then simply press save and you're done.
