NOTE: It is currently possible to list products from Multiorders to ETSY only. The feature is in BETA version thus if anything seems out of place, please get in touch with our support team.

Why use lister?

Product listing tool allows to greatly reduce time spent on listing new products on your sales channels - you will no longer need to manually copy details like Titles, SKUs, Prices, Quantity & Images from one sales channel to another.

Preparing to list products

There are two ways you can start listing your products:

  1. You can list the products that have already been imported into Multiorders from your connected sales channels

  2. You can import your products to Multiorders by using a CSV import and then list them to desired sales channel

Before listing, make sure that the information you see inside Multiorders is correct. If you end up listing products with wrong information, they have to be deleted from the marketplace first before you re-attempt to list them again.

Ways to list products

There are two ways you can list products:

  1. By listing simple or configurable products straight from the Simple or Configurable tabs in the inventory.

  2. By creating a collection that allows you to temporarily gather products in a separate list. This can be used when the products you want to list cannot be easily filtered out on the main inventory page.

Sending Simple Products to the lister

  1. Go to Inventory, click on the Simple tab:

  2. Checkmark the products you want to list and click on the Lister button. This will open a dropdown for you to choose whether to add selected products to a collection or send them directly to the lister.

In this case, let's choose Open selected products in lister:

Sending Configurable Products to the lister

  1. Go to Inventory, click on the Configurable tab:

  2. Checkmark the products you want to list and click on the Lister button. This will open a dropdown for you to choose whether to add selected products to a collection or send them directly to the lister.

In this case, let's choose Open selected products in lister:

Sending products to the lister from the collection

Creating a collection allows you to temporarily gather products in a separate list - this is useful if you are not able to easily filter the products in your inventory table.

You must create the collection first before you begin adding products to it.

  1. Go to Tools - Lister:

  2. On the lower-left corner right under the title Name you will find a field with the text Create collection:

  3. Type in the name of your new collection in there and press Enter for collection to be created:

Once the collection is created you will be able to see its name, description, how many products it contains:

At the moment there are no products in this collection. To add products, first, go to the inventory page and click on the Simple or Configurable tab depending on which products you want to list:

Select your products and press the Lister button. The dropdown that opens will have the latest collection pre-selected - if you have more than one collection click on the dropdown to change it. With the correct collection selected press the button Add to collection:

After the products were added to the collection, you can go back to Tools - Lister to check the collection details and further work with it.

Viewing, editing, and deleting collections

Inside Tools - Lister page, you can look the far right side of the page and find a set of dedicated controls for each collection:

Going from left to right, each control works as:

  1. Opens the listing tool with all of the products available in the collection.

  2. Allows editing the created collection. This means changing the title, description, showing products that were added to the collection, and allowing to remove them.

  3. Shows the current status of the products in the collection - have they successfully listed, which ones haven't, and were there any errors the last time you attempted to list the product.

  4. The last option allows you to delete the collection.

You can have multiple collections at any given moment and multiple collections can contain the same product, so be careful not to accidentally duplicate your listings.
