The individual Customer Page consists of three columns.
The first contains all customers near your current selection.
The second has all of the selected customer's information on display. From here you can Edit your customer's details, add Tags, see their Order history and check any notes about it, or leave your own.
The third column displays the general customer's details and all of the associated addresses.
We will go top-to-bottom to briefly cover each portion of the Individual Customer Page Layout and Navigation:
This contains the Back button and other customers near your current selection.
For each customer, you will see which marketplace they came from, their name, telephone number, and email. You can click on them at any point to see their full information.
This contains detailed information about the customer's past purchases.
Going from top-to-bottom:
The customer header displays their name and the date of their first appearance. To the right, you can also see the customer Edit and Tag buttons
Bellow that you find the Tag area, this will remain hidden if the customer has no Tags added to them.
The Order history area will show all the past orders that customer has made, their marketplace, order number, date, current status, and total cost. You can jump inside the listed order at any point by clicking on the order number.
At the very bottom, you will find the Customer Notes area. In here you can read notes left by other staff members and leave your own.

This column displays detailed customer information. Their name and contact information, as well as all of their associated addresses.
The information here can be edited by pressing the white Edit button in the 2nd Columns header.
