1. Go to the Integrations page and click on UPS integration.

  2. An integration pop-up window will open where you need to fill in the details:

    UPS Access Key - to get it you have to

    • A popup will open - scroll down to the very bottom and click on Request Access Key:

    • In the next popup, you will see your access key which you need to enter in the Multiorders UPS integration form:

  3. Fill in the rest of the details - UPS Account Number, UPS User ID, UPS password which you can get from your ups.com account.

  4. The final step is to choose whether you want:

    • shipping taxes to be added to the order total

    • whether you need to subtract the discount from the order total which is imported from your sales channel

    • whether you need to have the shipping price added to the order total

    Once selected, click on Connect:


Integration specifics

It might be that you will see your UPS shipping prices larger in Multiorders than you have them agreed with UPS - their system doesn't always return discounted shipping prices to our platform.

But don't worry - UPS will charge you the agreed amount.
