How to connect Royal Mail to Multiorders

NOTE: Before you begin connecting Royal Mail, make sure that your warehouse and contact details in Settings - Inventory under the Warehouse section are correct and at least one warehouse matches your Royal Mail account details:

  1. Go to the Integrations page and under Add new Integration click on Royal Mail:

  2. An integration form will open up where you have to fill in the details - give your integration a name, RM posting location, account number, and OBA email address (if you don't have one, get in touch with your Royal Mail account manager to get it):

  3. Now you can choose:

    • if you want to connect our free Royal Mail test account for playing around with shipments, click on Add test Account

    • if you want to go straight to connecting your own Royal Mail account, click on Connect

That's it! It will now take up to 7 working days for your Royal Mail account to be activated on Multiorders. Your integration will change status from In-Progress to Live. Once that happens, the account is active and you can start shipping your orders.
