NOTE: Before you begin connecting Royal Mail, make sure that your warehouse and contact details in Settings - Inventory under the Warehouse section are correct and at least one warehouse matches your Royal Mail account details:
Go to the Integrations page and under Add new Integration click on Royal Mail:
An integration form will open up where you have to fill in the details - give your integration a name, RM posting location, account number, and OBA email address (if you don't have one, get in touch with your Royal Mail account manager to get it):
Now you can choose:
if you want to connect our free Royal Mail test account for playing around with shipments, click on Add test Account
if you want to go straight to connecting your own Royal Mail account, click on Connect
That's it! It will now take up to 7 working days for your Royal Mail account to be activated on Multiorders. Your integration will change status from In-Progress to Live. Once that happens, the account is active and you can start shipping your orders.
