How to add Royal Mail PPIs

Learn how to add Printed Postage Impressions (PPIs) to Multiorders

NOTE: Royal Mail PPI integration is for adding PPIs only - it does not interact with Royal Mail integration.

  1. Go to the Integrations page and under Add New Integration area click on Royal Mail PPI:

  2. A popup will appear where you have to fill in the details - type the Royal Mail service name and next to it click on the image button to upload the Royal Mail PPI downloaded from your Royal Mail account:

  3. Once you finished adding service names and uploading PPIs, click on Connect.

That's it - Royal Mail PPIs have been added. When shipping orders, make sure to select your label format as PPI label:
