Product Catalog is the first place where you start listing your Wix products on eBay or Etsy. As mentioned before, the identical products will automatically link by SKU and this will be showcased in the Product Catalog:
Here, you get an overview of your Wix products, how they're connected to products in existing marketplaces (eBay or Etsy) and the ones that haven't been listed anywhere yet.
As you can see, some Wix products are linked to eBay, others to Etsy, and some items are linked to both eBay and Etsy - this means that our app found identical SKUs across your sales channels and automatically linked them.
You'll find the Product Catalog categorized under two tabs: Linked and Unlinked.
If you sell the same products both on Wix and eBay or Etsy, and they have the same SKUs, our system will automatically link them. Here's how linked products look like:
In the example below, please notice that SKU B-sunrise is not linked with anything. Most likely, there is no product with an identical SKU on Etsy or eBay.
There are two types of Unlinked products:
For eBay or Etsy products that have no equivalent SKU on Wix, they will be displayed in the Unlinked products tab.
An equivalent Wix listing must be created through the Wix Store Products page since there's no option to create Wix listings within our application.
If you sell the same products both on Wix and eBay or Etsy, but they have different SKUs, they will be displayed in the Unlinked Products tab. Make sure to change SKUs (or add them if missing) for your products through the Wix Store Products page or on the eBay / Etsy sales channels. Otherwise, you won't be able to take any action with these Unlinked products.
Here's how unlinked products look like:
The next step is to list products from Wix to your eBay or Etsy marketplaces. Please read more information about this in the following article: Step 4: List your Wix products.
