To access Etsy channel settings, navigate to Settings -> select Etsy channel -> settings will be visible on the right:
To ensure optimal functionality and a seamless experience, please complete the following settings:
1. Order settings
Set your order import preferences.
Order import: Choose between importing all orders or only those with linked products.
Order sync time: The default frequency of order synchronization is 2 hours. To speed this up, contact our support.
2. Inventory settings
By selecting inventory location settings, you specify which Shopify locations will be used for fulfilling orders. This improves inventory accuracy.
Inventory location: Choose one or multiple locations.
3. Listing settings
Every Etsy product must have shipping and returns policies assigned.
When listing, we will use these default policies to push products to Etsy.
Shipping policy: Select the default shipping policy.ods.
Returns policy: Select the default return policy.
If you do not have policies created in your Etsy account, you need to create them first.

Afterward, click the Download policies button in our app to import them.
