Where to find order statuses?

You can find your order statuses inside the order table under column Status or above the order table on the top bar where your orders are grouped based on the statuses listed:

Meaning of order statuses

Pending - this status appears on orders from the following sales channels:

  • WooCommerce - all unpaid orders will automatically appear under Pending status. Orders will update their status automatically once payment is confirmed.

  • Amazon - all unpaid orders will automatically appear under Pending status. They will also be missing address information because Amazon does not reveal customer details until the order is confirmed to be paid. Orders will update their status automatically once payment is confirmed.

  • Etsy - all canceled and refunded orders will appear under Pending status. Because Etsy does not have a way to tell Multiorders if the order is canceled or refunded, orders appear in Pending status with a custom note for you to confirm which way is it.

New - all other new orders which have not been processed yet appear under New status in Multiorders.

In progress - you can use this status when you don’t need to ship your orders just yet, but want shipping labels already prepared and printed without sending tracking information and changing order statuses in your sales channels.

To learn how to set up and use “In progress” status please read this article.

Shipped - when you mark your order as shipped in Multiorders, order status changes to “Shipped” on your sales channels and the tracking number details are sent to your stores as well.

Canceled - this status means a customer has canceled an order. If you want to cancel the order by yourself, make sure to change the order status to “canceled” not only in Multiorders, but in your sales channel as well.
