Multiorders

To generate any report, go to the Reports page and the first thing you have to do is to select the time period for the data you need to see:

Once you have selected the time period, choose one of the below reports available and click on the Generate button:

To download your report, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the download link:

#1 Inventory Availability Report - exports all inventory showing currently available quantities of inventory items

#2 Low Stock Report - Basic - exports only the warehouse information for products below their<a href="https://support.multiorders.com/en/articles/5200164-how-to-set-inventory-reorder-point-and-low-stock-alerts"> reorder point</a>

#3 Low Stock Report - Detailed - exports products below their <a href="https://support.multiorders.com/en/articles/5200164-how-to-set-inventory-reorder-point-and-low-stock-alerts">reorder point</a> with full product details

#4 Top Products - Detailed - exports a list of your products sorted by the highest quantity sold

#5 Worst Products - Detailed - exports a list of your products sorted by the lowest quantity sold

#6 Closing Stock - exports the current remaining stock level and its total cost

#7 Closing Stock (without bundles) - exports the current remaining stock level and its total cost without <a href="https://support.multiorders.com/en/articles/5683024-how-to-create-and-manage-product-bundles">product bundles</a>

#8 Bundle Component Sales - exports the total quantity of bundle components sold

#9 Inventory + Bundle Component Sales - exports the total quantity of products sold including individual components of the product bundles

Order Reports: #1 Sales Summary - Total amount of sales made during a specific period

#2 Sales Summary - light - Total amount of sales made during a specific period with less information

#3 Individual Bundle Order Items - Export all your bundle orders

#4 Individual Bundle Order Items - light - Export all your bundle orders with less information

#1 Shipments by carrier -The number of shipments made sorted by available carriers

#2 Dropshipment statistics - A total of all drop-shipments made

#1 Purchase Order Item Totals - the total quantity of all ordered items

#1 Top Customers - by generated turnover - list of the most buying customers by the amount of turnover they generated

#2 Top Customers - by orders - list of the most buying customers by the number of orders
