In here I will be covering the Reports page. This is where you will be able to get your generated reports or CSV import/export results.

You can set a specific period or date for the report you want to generate in the top-left corner of the page. Today is always set by default.

Multiorders comes with a set of predefined reports already available to you, divided into categories:

Inventory:

#1 Inventory Availability Report - (Export all inventory showing its current available quantities)

#2 Low Stock Report - Basic (Inventory report including only the warehouse information for products below their reorder point)
#3 Low Stock Report - Detailed (Inventory report including full product details for products below their reorder point)
#4 Top Products - Detailed (A list of your products sorted by the highest quantity sold in the set time period)
#5 Worst Products - Detailed (A list of your products sorted by the lowest quantity sold in teh set time period)
#6 Closing Stock (Calculate the current remaining stock level and its total cost)

#7 Closing Stock (without bundles) (Calculate the current remaining stock level and it's total cost without bundles)
#8 Bundle Component Sales (Calculate the total quantity of bundle components sold)
#9 Inventory + Bundle Component Sales (Calculate the total quantity of items sold including individual components from bundles)

Orders:

#1 Sales Summary (Total amount of sales made during a specific period)

#2 Sales Summary - light (Total amount of sales made during a specific period (less info)

#3 Individual Bundle Order Items (Export all your bundle orders in full line by line detail)

#4 Individual Bundle Order Items - light (Export all your bundle orders in full line by line detail (less info))

Shipping:

#1 Shipments by carrier (The number of shipments made, sorted by available carriers)

#2 Dropshipment statistics (A total of all drop-shipments made)

Purchases:


#1 Purchase Order Item Totals (See the total quantity of all ordered items in a certain period of time)

Customers:

#1 Top Customers - by generated turnover (List of the best customers by the amount of turnover they generated)
#2 Top Customers - by orders (List of the best customers by the number of times they purchased anything)

All generated reports are placed at the bottom of the page with Name, Status, Processed, Failed, Download Link and Created date provided. You can click on the number of failed items to get a line-by-line breakdown of what went wrong.
