How to change stock quantity for a simple product
Go to Inventory, click on Simple to filter out simple products
Go change the quantity, find a column named Total, click on the field, enter the desired quantity, and press Enter:
NOTE: if you have multiple warehouses enabled, after clicking on the quantity field you will be taken inside the product. There you have to edit the quantity under the Warehouse section in the Total field for each warehouse individually:
Let's say you have increased a quantity to 20 in your Main Warehouse and 100 in your Second Warehouse. If you come back to the Inventory table, you can now see that your total quantity is 120 which is the sum of your products in all warehouses - this number will be displayed in your store as well.
If during your sales channel integration you selected a default warehouse and clicked on Individual Warehouse Stock, you only have to adjust the quantity of your default warehouse because only its quantity will be sent to your store:
How to change stock quantity for a merged product
Go to Inventory, click on Merged to filter out merged products
To change the quantity, find a column named Total, click on the field, enter the desired quantity, and press Enter:
Another way to change the quantity is to go inside the product by clicking on its title.
When the product opens, scroll down to the Merged Products section and change the quantity in the Warehouse line under the Total column:

How to change stock quantity for a bundled product
Different from the simple and merged inventory items, you cannot edit the stock for a product bundle as a whole. That is because bundled product stock is automatically calculated according to the bundle component that has the lowest stock level.
Go to Inventory and click on the Bundled tab to access your bundled products. Let's open our product bundle called "Outfit" by clicking on the product title:
Once the bundled item is open, scroll down to see the bundle components that are inside the bundle. We will increase the quantity of product "Pants XXL Blue" to increase the quantity of the whole bundle. Click on the product name to open the product:
A new tab will open up where you can increase the product quantity in the Total tab:
Let's increase it from 58 to 65:
Now let's come back to the bundled item page and refresh it for the stock changes to reflect. You can now see that after increasing the stock quantity of Pants to 65, the whole bundle quantity increased to 65 as well:
